My fantasy ZT

Since I am not sold on the Elmax steel (don't get me wrong I am attracted to it more than many others) my fantasy ZT would be a 0560/1 in S35VN.

While I have settled on a 0550 (still a quest at this point) I would buy a 0560/1 given the chance because of the blade length and flipper. I love flippers.

Anyone with me on this idea?

I definitely love having a flipper on the blade. I'm not much for just using a thumb stud. But, flipping, yes. I don't know enough about S35VN to know if that would be better than the S30V I have now. I do like the 560 though, and may one day get one.

I hate the fact that they changed the pocket clip on the 0560 to steel when it was initially supposed to be titanium, especially since the knife costs 260. I would be okay with the steel clip if the knife were less expensive. I would consider getting the 0550 if it came with a g10 scale other than black for $200 or less. I'm not going to buy the 0550/extra $65 scale and immediately throw away the black one. I know a lot of people like black, but I'm not one of them. I have no interest in being able to switch scales; I just want the knife to come with the color I like so I don't have to upgrade an already expensive knife.
