I just received my HOFSH, and all I can say is Holy Cow!!! This thing is closer to a meat cleaver than any Busse I have ever handled. Mine is sterile, black blade, black canvas slabs, with pentrator tip. It truly is an Armageddon knife, if ever there was one, and I'd like to see how this baby cleaves a coconut. This knife is soooooo nice that it makes my not want to buy any of the older Busse Steel Hearts (I know that's sacrilege); it has absolutely everything I want in a blade. All I can say is, GREAT work, Mr. Busse!
