My father is in need of surgery and will have to go to a good hospital
in India to get back in good health. He is too ill to fly to America.

My father has always worked hard to take care of our Kamis and now
he needs some help from you. He is getting older and no longer a
Spring chicken. This surgery is necessary for his good health. I want
my father to live many more good years so both he and I will continue
our dharma path.

I know all of you forumites have always been a great help when I needed
it in the past. I hate to ask you for more help, but my father and I need it.
During the Dashain holidays, Pala and I always send our Kamis a bonus so
they could enjoy the festival. It cost us a lot of money, but being able to
enjoy their Dashain festival makes them happy.

In order to raise the money to get my father the surgery he needs, I am
going to run a three-day sale of knives and swords at a good price. Part of
the money will go to the Kamis and part to my father for his surgery.

All the knives and swords are finely handcrafted by our talented Kamis. If
you want to add these fine knives and swords to your collections or want
to do some early Christmas shopping, this is your chance. It's a Win-Win deal!

Let's keep Pala alive for many more years! I thank you all for your help and
good thoughts.

The Uddha arrived here perfectly. Wow, what a cool sword. It's flat out inspiring :D I have to leave town in just a few minutes, but I'll have a full write up on it as soon as I can the first of the week.
In short, wow, what a simple yet elegant design. All one has to do is will this blade to move, and it flashes there like a copperhead strike. The sword practically breathes. It feels like it has a pulse. It seems to HATE being left in its sheath;)

This one is extra cool. Details to come next week:)

Thank you SO much, Yangdu. Continued prayers for Pala.
