Sometimes it's the SHBM, and sometimes its the SHSH II (with an ASH-2 in between).

And sometimes it's the SFNO LE (I often think this is the best knife Busse ever made).


But today it's a Hell Razor, Competition Finish, with the decarb ground off and cold blued by me.



That's Laphroaig Cairdeas in the background. I don't how if you can tell from the picture, but it's shaving sharp. (Those fuzzy spots on the blade are hairs._
And it's good for cutting up star fruit:

And ponderosa lemons:

And pretty much anything else you might want to cut up.
