My favorite Busse

Sometimes it's the SHBM, and sometimes its the SHSH II (with an ASH-2 in between).



And sometimes it's the SFNO LE (I often think this is the best knife Busse ever made).





But today it's a Hell Razor, Competition Finish, with the decarb ground off and cold blued by me.







That's Laphroaig Cairdeas in the background. I don't how if you can tell from the picture, but it's shaving sharp. (Those fuzzy spots on the blade are hairs._

And it's good for cutting up star fruit:



And ponderosa lemons:



And pretty much anything else you might want to cut up.

My MBC and Skeleton Key get majority of use inside.

No way I can narrow it down to just one favorite! But I do have a favorite in each category. Small, Medium, and Huge.

Favorite chopper is the KING.... NMFBM

Favorite all around... NMSFNO. This knife can do it all.

Most used Busse is my meaner... Not sure how much game I've processed with this one, but it's a whole lot.
