Ive got a lot of hawks
I really like them all RMJ's , American Tomahawk Co., Wally Hayes etc.
just a few weeks ago I picked up one of these
I quickly flipped it and bought one of these . Which I really like
But there is one hawk that I grab out of all the hawks hanging on the rack. In fact it's never on the rack it's always in my car etc.
It's a Spike Hawk that Steve from Coal Creek forged from a jack hammer bit.
It feels awesome , the narrow bit bites deep and the spike is not stupid pointy but will always do the job
It throws like a lawn dart and it will always be the hawk that goes on my pack of belt
Here it is sporting a new bit cover from Paul Long
The shock cord and leather tab are very quick
I like these bit covers so much I had Paul make them for a bunch of Hawks
Steve he even made one for the Hudson Bay
Thanks Steve I've had that Spike Hawk along time and it keeps getting better
