Nice, I think you'll find many of us find the Sage series almost perfect as a urban EDC - I'm personally more partial to the ZDP Walker but I don't really use choils much other than on really large knives...

No surprise to me. The Sage I is one of my all-time favorites. Spyderco really hit a home run with this one.

When I manage the restaurant I work at, it's the knife I carry. It's small, effective, slick looking, and it disappears with the wire clip

The Sage series as a whole is fantastic. Any time I pull my Sage 1 or 2 out of my pocket, I'll immediately get glowing comments about it from my coworkers. The Sage 1 has class, but can back up the look with the ability to get some work done.

I have had a Sage 2 and 3, but stayed away from the Sage 1 due to my dislike of the liner lock. Well, I handled one at the local shop a few days ago and bought it. While not my favorite knife, definitely a great one.
