I hate the serrated blades and can't imagine anyone collecting them.But to each his own.
I truly mean no disrespect...I really like plain edges best.I view serrations as excellent for bread and rope.
Otherwise...sharpening them is difficult.

Love those! I want one with the thumb indent.
I used to not care for SE much, but now that I look back it was mostly due to lack of experience with it and using some crappy knives that were combo edge. I still don't understand why one might hate serrated edge, though...?
Within the last year or so I've carried more supplemental knives in SE to compliment my main knife in PE. The more I use it the more I like it.
That said, I'd love to be able to find a PE Rescue and grind the tip to a reverse tanto/wharncliffe type job so it has a bit of a point.
