i have been visiting here to learn some about bucks and keeping an eye on ebay. so this is how i have started: 112, sheath/box/papers, early 80s; 110 mint '95 and 2 used older ones (Buck/110/USA and Buck.110. USA);704 '79?; 709 '88; 501 '93; 503 '03 and 055 '06.
also have a mint 500 burgandy micarta and sheath coming. i think this is from '70s ?
and tonight won a Statue of Liberty (826 ?) with the copper medallion for $11.72. seems like a good deal as i think these sold for $41 in 1986 ? and Ritchie & Stewart book lists it at $100.
so a pretty small collection so far, but with variety and i have learned some about Buck by collecting them. roland
