ooh, california... might be tough... but if you win, it will certainly bode well for the rest of the u.s., since we all tend to follow cali in respect to gun/knife/weapons laws.
i believe there's a site where you can find all kinds of case histories from different states, which might come in handy to help prove a point. anybody remember the url?
