Hello!

Thanks to our own Dennis, I could not resist the urge to try one of Alan Davis' folders some time ago - here's how it turned out. Devin Thomas Tsunami Damscus blade and RaindropTimascus framelock. Only got it earlier today and didn't have time for real shots, so here is just a preliminary composition:

Congrats Alex! I really mean that!!! I saw on Alan's Facebook page that he was shipping this one to a customer in Austria. I now know who got it! I have the first Timascus frame lock Alan made and it is wonderful. I know you are going to be pleased with this one! Love the Damascus on yours and the Timascus is out of this world!

Dennis, it was your Timascus piece that did it for me and made me contact Alan! ;) Without your great images I would not have discovered Alan's knives, I guess! Glad that I'm not on facebook, the waiting for delivery would have been to hard otherwise... :D
I am really enjoying this one - lightweight and a unique look! More images will follow after the weekend.

Ive been stalking Alan and his knives for a while but have yet to pull the trigger.
