I keep wanting a SHBM, but every time I see a pic of one, I think, "You know, the FBM is just as nice and possibly better - at 1/3 the price. . . and I have 2 of them already."

Nice piece of INFI. love the satin and the hand-shaped handles.
 
Is that the one that Soupmonger was selling a while ago? If so, nice score. He is a man of many talents.

Your gain is Scotland's loss. That blade is a keeper for sure. Don't safe queen her though if she's anything like my mistresses she'll be wanting a monthly thrashing, the harder the better.
 
in this picture, the blade looks more beadblasted than satin......
