I just received my Ka-Bar Becker BK10 in the mail today. Seemed to take forever to get to me, but here it is. For some reason, I can't get this grin off my face...

In it's sheath, straps were a little tight, but stretched a bit after using. Rattles a tiny bit in the plastic insert, nothing really noticeable.

Short, stout blade. I don't think I could break it if I tried. Awesome knife! Many thanks to the Great people here and to Mr. Becker for his great designs.

enjoy the 10 its a great knife it complements my bk2 14,11 13 well lol!!

This was SUCH a hard decision as to which Becker would be my first. The 10 and the 17 were neck and neck till I found a great deal on the larger of the two. I was also considering the 14, but decided against it due to California's asinine knife laws (hmm, I can have an XL folder like an Espada, but not a small fixed blade in my pocket?). This knife feels pretty darned good in my hand, and it's not too big as to scare the locals when I go camping or hiking. Weird state, lol. Love this knife already, and I can tell, in time, will be as beloved as my Ka-Bar 1245. Thanks for looking, and I will post more pics as soon as I can.

So, with both straps on, it is very secure. Maybe a little too much

Took off one of the straps with a razor. Much better, I think

I have some plans for this one, lol. I want to strip the rough coating, but I'll have to etch the logos first. Maybe add liners to the handle. I dunno, but I will be sure to keep everyone posted. Thanks again for looking!

I am really impressed with the BK10. I asked a few folks here to convince me that I needed one, it didn't take much. Mine is currently soaking in clean strip. I made an electro etcher out of an old cell phone charger and deepen the logo's first. I have some plans for this one.
congrats on your new Becker. I'm sure you'll want more (like the 17) with different handles just to check them out.

The BK-10 is the next one on my list. I know it is heresy but I might even trade my unused BK-2 for one.

As awesome as it is, I'd have a hard time keeping it stock. I'm curious about using an old cell phone charger to etch. I've got a few of those laying aroud.

As soon as I get one of my own I'm doing my usual adjustment to it. Put a D weld ring in the strap, securing the bottom with a snake head lanyard, adding a ranger band to the sheath and handle, and sticking my Leatherman Rebar in the front pocket.
