My first Becker...the BK11

I bought my new BK11 yesterday at a gun show and it's the most awesome neck knife that I've ever had!! After attaching a Tek-Lock to the sheath, it practically disappears when worn horizontally on my belt. I also really love its' blade shape and strong tip, which makes it very versatile for EDC. This Becker is probably going to be replacing my folders that I carry/have carried for EDC, since the "weakest fixed blade is better than the strongest folder"(or something like that). ;)

I'd like to try out wrapping the handle with 550 cord, but I'm not sure where to go for info and/or ideas. Does anyone have any ideas/tips?

I forgot to mention....

I remember reading an article about the Necker in a knife mag, but I just can't remember which one. Does anyone know/remember what issue and mag that was in? Thanks.

I don't think there is any mystery to it, just make it tight. I suggest just getting some cord, taping up the blade, and have at it. After a couple of tries I bet you'll work out something. Good luck.

KBR, where'd you purchase the tek-lock? I'd like to pick up one for my necker and haven't been able to find one. Please tell me you got it over the internet because the cutlery store in my home town is pretty pathetic. You're right about the necker, it's my first neck as well and I love it!
 
Knight939, I'm using a TekLok that came with my MoD Scorpion neckknife, which I don't use anymore since I wasn't impressed with it. HERE is a link where you can find them, though.
