The Blade show was awesome !!! So many Randalls, so little MONEY.
The ones I wanted were not for sale, or way over my head.
Good membership meeting 8:00 Sat morning. Pete Hamilton was there among others. I got to Pete just after the meeting to show him the #12-9 bowie from the early 60's I picked up from an estate auction last year. He confirmed everything in Gary's letter and said there were only 4 of them made with the "S" nickel-silver hilt. Also, that Bo Randall would have had that knife made.
I told him I was selling it and he ushered me down to Tom Clinton, a few tables down. I knew when Tom picked the knife up it had a new home. Meeting Tom, Pete, Rhett and other Randall people was well worth the trip.
