First off, I know my work is not on par with just about every maker here on the forums. But.. i am really pleased with how this Bowie/ Fighter turned out.

I used 3/16th 01 tool steel, Brazilian cherry scales and an acid stone wash. The guard was a little tricky and time consuming but it came out almost seamless which was a pleasant surprise.

Anyways, this Bowie is a Christmas present for my Dad and i think he'll enjoy it!

I don't post on here very often anymore, but I had to comment on your knife. I think you did a great job. Hope your dad likes it, and keep up the good work!

I am new on here and novice knife maker, your knife is a fine looking knife I hope to post a picture of my first knife soon

I like the knife and I bet your father abdolutely loved it. One can't beat a hand-made gift that had so much heart and soul put into its creation. Well done, Sir.

Awesome Bowie! Love the wrist to blade angle. Looks like it was created by someone who has actually used a knife, not just trying to make one to sell. I really like how the guard also doubles as a rest! Sweet!
