My first bowie

This is my first bowie. I hope that I can call it a bowie.

Mammoth ivory
Sterling silver
Lapis lazuli
Natural opal (3 carats)
14K gold

This is the fourth knife that I have from Vlad as it just arrived at the door today. All of his works are stunning and are all presented on nice stands on our buffet/hutch in the Dining Room. The combination is a Dagger, Fighter, Bowie and Hunter. The bases seem to be covered. We love the knives that Vlad creates and the fine blades he is able to obtain from some truly masterful bladesmiths. Someone did say that these are family heirlooms and I hope that one of my kids will treat them as such long into the future.
