Just thought I would share a pic of my first Damascus Large lady.

I assume it's the first bowie you've made, or purchased?
In either case, I like it.
If you are the maker, you're missing an excellent promotional opportunity by not identifying yourself.
But perhaps promoting your knife making is not your agenda.

Congrats Sir!

Hi Kevin

This was the first bowie I made and first post on this site so not sure how it all works.
380 layers - 200mmX35mmX5mm. Pattern is very subtle which was what I was aiming for. Handle is fallow dear with a brass/copper spacer and dimpled brass bolster. Total length 350mm.

Oh wow, that's your first bowie? I don't believe you, that looks wayy too good. You got some serious talent there, keep up the great work! I look forward to seeing some more of your stuff.

Yep, 1st blade over3-4". Been a artist blacksmith for years but only started making knives about 8 months ago, mostly small fixed blades. Stuff like this:

Small Damascus EDC
52100 Roller bearing bird and trout

Thanks for the kind words - keeps me motivated when no one's buying.
