I just picked up my first Busse this morning off of Mr. Andre Dumouchel. As before, it was a real pleasure talking to Mr. Dumouchel. He really takes the time to explain things to you; I want to say thank you to him for setting me up so well this morning, and thanks to the Busse company for making such a great knife.

This Badger Attack E is an incredibly substantial knife, being that the blade is only about 3.5". It feels great in the hand and the heft of it makes you have no doubts about its strength and durability. I have to tear up an old wooden patio in my back yard, and I can't wait to start slamming this thing into the wood.

It's been a good day.;)

Congrats on your new Badger Ad.

I'm also looking forward to some summer demo work;)

What else did you have to hold off buying at Andre's table today?:D

Thanks. Andre had just about everything. Let's see...
I saw a ZT Satin Jack; in fact, he might have had the entire ZT line there; he had the entire combat line, as well as several Basics; there was a Killer Bee; Andre might have had a Mr. Mojo; and he had several straight handled Busses. He has three or four more Badger Attacks besides the one I bought.

What surprised me most was that his prices were totally reasonable. In light of the fact that the Badger Attack and Mr. Mojo are being discontinued, I would have expected an increase in price due to collectibility; but he sold me the Badger Attack for the price for which it was previously listed on the Busse website. Andre's a cool guy.

Ad,
Congrats, the BA-e is definitely my Fav. Wish I had a couple more besides the 3 I currently own.;) I think it is just the perfect knife for hiking, yard work, and general utility. I even do quite a bit of chopping with mine and it handles it without any problem.

BTW, which one is next? ;):D

Which one next? Boy, I'd really like to get a Battle Mistress. I'm also hoping someday Mr. Busse decides to make a fighting Bowie along the lines the Bagwell Hell's Belle.

Ad, is this something like what you're looking for? This is the Knight Light.

Unfortunately, it has been gone for years.

Ad, Congrats on your 1st Busse. I bought my 1st Busse
from Andre also.:D It was a SH BA.

Yea, the Knight Light is beautiful. That's what I'd like to see Mr. Busse make. I'd lay odds they would sell like crazy. Is it INFI? Does it have a sharpened false edge? What is its thickness and weight?

I also like the Battle Mistress, especially the version that Andre sold to the GI going over to Afghanistan. It would make a hell of a Taliban thumper.

Take care all.

Ad, congrats on your BA-E, very sweet knife. I've been nothing but pleased with mine after switching to it from a NO.

Andrew, where do you get some of these pics? :)

Hey Congrats...

The Badger is one of my favorite blades as well..Matter of fact I wore it yesterday to my sons Kub Kar race (He placed 7th place out of about 300 kids BTW)...

Very functional little blade...

The Biggest small knife you'll ever own...
You can't go wrong with it...
