My first Busse...

Will hopefully be arriving in 3-13 weeks. I ordered a TGLB. It may sound silly, but my deer camp is starting to have an issue with feral pigs. I look at it as a "I can't get up a tree fast enough and my gun ain't working" type thing. I had a large boar growl at me and circle around me a few weeks ago. I never could get a shot at him because of brush between us, but what got to me was how close he was when he growled.

That is a serious hog. Watch your back while you are out there. Surprising how fast they can cover ground when they want to.

Congrats on the knife order as well. If that big boy ends up on the end of your blade be sure to take tons of pics.

Nice pig! They're a nuisance around here as well. So far no hunts for us yet but we hope to get a couple in soon. One thing about those critters is they are literally missiles when they run away from a shot. A seemingly solid thicket becomes nothing to those tough buggers. Getting them out is just as impossible.

I've never been happier to get away from mesquite country, those thorns make a rose thicket look smooth.
