I am going to purchase my first Busse knife. Any suggestions as to which one I should get first. I want an EDC with canvas micarta.

Well there are three out there that you can get pretty eaisly. Game Warden, Active Duty and Meaner Streets.

I think there are Wardens with micarta at the store right now. The other two you can get on the exchange.

In this picture the top one here is a Meaner Streets, the next two are ADs, and the last is a Game Warden. These are for size only as they are not micarta and are either customs or special editions but they should give you an idea as to size.

get a gw at the company store. most affordable piece of infi that is available! $187
 
Game Warden which has a 3 in blade or AD at 3 1/2 in blade would be my first choices in that category.
 
Grab a Warden while you can - it's a lovely blade. (Actually I prefere Wardens to Active Duty - but I'm in minority).

I just got a Black/Black GW from the company store and it is a nice, if somewhat heavy EDC knife. Sliced up some tomato for a sandwich with it yesterday. I agree getting one for $187 makes senses.
