My first Busses (but what are they?)

I bought these today from a friend. He wasn't sure what models they are. We both did some research, but there are so many variations that it is hard to be sure. No matter what they are, I got a great price.

I think the top one is a Leaner Meaner Street.

I think the middle one is a Mean Street.

They are both 1/4 inch thick.

In addition to what models these are, what can you tell me about the scales? What does Busse call the color? Texture?

The knife on the bottom is a John Ek dagger, I just wanted to kill two birds with one stone and get a pic of it as well.

If the top one is close to 1/4", then it is a Meaner Street, where the middle one is a Mean Street.

Thanks. It as a great score. The prices were... too low to print. I made sure he knew how much I thought they were worth, but he wanted to give me a great deal. And he did. Thanks Don!
 
I'll give you 300.00 for both meaner streets, just kidding I wouldnt sell them. Enjoy they are nice knives.

Thanks! I told my friend they were worth $220-300 each (wasn't sure of the models at the time), but he wanted to give me a deal. He's way too nice of a guy! Knowing him is of more value to me than getting a great deal on a couple great knives.

That is a great deal!!!!! I know a guy named Don who gave me an incredible deal on a knife once. Wonder if we have the same friend. :D

You made a sheath for him. Great work by the way!

I was sort of trying to avoid saying his name because he posts here and I don't want everyone to bug him about selling more Busses. He does have more, but he wants to keep one or two and said he would eventually put the others up for sale (at a fair price, not a steal).

But at the same time, saying his name will make public what a great person he is.

Hey, those were part of a Mail Fraud Scandal. I am a postal inspector, you need to send those to me because they are evidence in an ongoing case. email me and I will give you the shipping address.
