WARNING: What you are about to see may be disturbing. I just bought my first camera ever and have no idea how to use it... yet. And it's cheap to boot:D. So hopefully this thread will improve with time as I learn about this camera in particular and photography in general. Here we go...

COOL! What kind of camera are you using? Point & Shoot type or Digital SLR?

I'm guessing it's a Kodak EasyShare C1013. :D
Pics look good!

Yup, that's the one, and I had a $50 gift certificate to use on it, too:cool:. How did you know?!? I thought maybe that info. was available in the pictures' file properties, but it doesn't seem to be.

Really, how could anyone know what cam I used?

when your shooting indoors, make sure the shutter speed number is at leas 80 or above to get rid of the blurrs. most of the time you can switch to manual side of things and use what is known in the cannon world..(dont know kodak) as TV mode which stands for time value i believe, and what that does is enables you to choose how fast the shutter speed is and if you can get it above 80 without a flash indoors youll get rid of the blurry images

Thanks for the advice and the compliment. I will look into the shutter speed, but my hands are also kinda shakey in general. Saw a mini tripod for $8 the other day... I'm on it!

As a pro shooter I think you did well. You strong point is composition. So that is good. Lighting is next.

Congrats on your new camera.

You're lightyears ahead of me as far as pics go,my pics are terrible.:o
