I had a wife call me around Thanksgiving saying her husband was talking about the knives I make and would I make one for him for Christmas. I said I would, that I was waiting for my blade stamp and time would be close to finish it for Xmas. She was very insistant and said any time after Christmas would also be fine. I had the blade forged and rough finished, bolsters and handle scales roughed out. I finally got the stamp on Thursday, day after Christmas.

The "Bombay" boot knife

Forged 0-1 5/32" 3 1/2" blade
overall length 7 1/4"
Nickle silver bolsters and pins
black linen micarta scales

thumb break boot carry sheath

What do you think?

Joe
