Disclaimer: pics were take. At night when I was half asleep, so quality might be lacking.

Anyways, first CRK knife for me, a little letdown when I first got it, but as I used it, I began to appreciate it more.

If any remember, I was talking in a thread here how to keep the blue spacer without using the lanyard. I untied mine without taking apartghe knife, and the spacer fell out. So I found a thinner lanyard from a pen, cut it, thread it through the tube, tied a knot, burned it a little, then flipped it around so the handle was covering the thick part and to ensure that it wouldn't wiggle loose.

Waddyathink of it?

I like it. Just ordered my first Sebenza. A large 21 double thumb lug used on the forum. It didn't come with a lanyard spacer. It's the older model. So I can't do your mod. Good idea though. I like the blue spacer. Looking forward to see how it compares to my Umnumzaan

I always remove the pins and thread my lanyards (if I decide to attach a lanyard, that is) through the pin holes.
But that's just me. If you like it the way you have it, then that's all that matters.

Thanks all :) I already am in love with the knife.

nice idea. nice piece o cf as well :D

It's actually the back of my guitar, an acoustic electric carbon fiber body Rainsong WS1000. It's kinda like a CRK, once you get one, you know that you'll never get rid if it.

yeah, i've heard that first time crk buyers are a bit upset at first with their seb purchase, but as they break the knife in, and use it more, it becomes a companion of sorts...

I don't know the feeling yet though.....the funds just aren't there. :(
