My first CRK, a Sebenza 25, arrived on Christmas from Knives Ship Free. I have to admit, a while back I was in the group of "whats so great about a Sebenza?" Now I know. Ive never owned a knife like this, something so simple and yet so complex. A marvel of cutlery engineering and the obvious product of a master craftsman. Mine came in the new packaging with the cloth, Loctite, grease, and allen keys. Also the birthday card (December 3, 2013) and some stickers. Its nice to see a product, not just a knife, packaged with the customer in mind. The knife is awesome as Im sure all of you know, its a little stiff to open but its loosened some and Im confident it will settle to smooth perfection. I just want to say I am now a CRK fan and my 25 wont be my last.

Welcome to the club, be prepared to spend a lot of money! They truly are an amazing piece of precision machining at its best. But.....you forgot to post pictures of your new toy!

Great first crk. Use enjoy and hold on to it. Nothing like your first.;)

I only have an iPhone and the pictures come out like I took them in a dungeon. Im going to try to borrow a better camera and get some action shots.

This is from a chappy cellphone.

For some reason, this is the best I can get. Not exactly an action shot but......IMG_0468.jpg

Congratulations on your first CRK. I too just purchased my first CRK, a 25 also. I think I wore my thumb out the first few days trying to get the hang of the right motion and break the knife in. Once the ball kind of broke the edge of the detent hole it made a world of difference. I'm now trying to decide on my second CRK which I think will be a large 21 so I can see if they are really as smooth as everyone says they are.

Congratulations again on your first CRK and thanks for your service!

Might want to try a Large 21 with the Insingo blade. The 21 is very smooth and the Insingo blade is a great all around blade...very functional. I have the large Insingo and a 25 and basically carry them every other day.

Congrats and welcome to the CRK Club (addiction). The only real way to describe how perfect they feel is to own one ( or many).
I try to limit my purchasing to one a year, unlike MikePapa1 who buys one a week :D.
Mike can you please adopt me?

Nice knife! Must be my most recent addition's non-identical twin! Same born date!(small 21 Insingo micarta)

Congrats on a great knife. Glad you were quickly able to see what we all saw when we got that first CRK. They are in a league of their own for sure.
