My first custom made knife!

Hello all,

I recently received my first true "custom" made knife. I designed it and Alan Folts crafted it. First let me say that Alan's work is beautiful. The knife is perfect, fit and finish are superb. Here is a pic of this baby;

The steel is L6 and the handle scales are red and black Micarta.
Let me know what you think. When I get the chance I will post the specs.

kinda like a cross between a Greco i once saw, the CS Desperado, and the Lagriffe thrown in for the hook angle...
I like it; congratulations.

Alan has that wild imagination, thinks outside the box so to speak. He has a great eye and a very large passion for knives and it shows in his work! I have a small folder on order with him that has me on the edge of my seat waiting for it!

Very nice, Feanor! Congratulations. Looking forward to hearing the spec's. Flava- a while back I e-mailed Alan and he generously took the time to send me scans of some incredible work he's done. You might try this.
