My first Damascus Blade

This is the first Damascus knife I have made and second knife I have forged. I screwed up the etch a bit but I am pleased with it as I made it out of mystery steel from banding straps, band saw blades and lawnmower blades. I need to finish it up and put a nice edge on it to have it ready for deer season.

The knife looks good. Have you been able to test the knife for hardness? I would be interested in finding out how all those steels worked out in making a serviceable blade.
