Today has been my first day back.
No khukri is in my lap.

No Rubbing statistical handles with Tru-Oil.
Causing mental anguish and turmoil.

Worrying what UBDOTD Tsimi would defile.
HIKV LIVES, (he is in denial).

My AK, GRS, and others lie at home.
Mini Hanshee under pillow, Jewel on her throne.
My gut-wrenching…do they feel alone?

Mind racing, blood boiling…
They might need another oiling.

Karma sutra choji oil, Lexol leather preservative, and Epoxy.
All flashing through my mind as I near hypoxia

BREATH! BREATH! I remind myself.
My collection of beauties I will see again,
Today is not The End.

I will not “walk west” as the NDN says,
Tomorrow is another day…my HIKV LIVES!!!

Nepal Ho!

(Written for all the lonely khukris out there.)

You torture me, I will be in your same shoes in one week
What to do? Dave how are you sustaining yourself while away from your blades? I need to know, I'm shaking already ;)

Academia is THE life alright! Having worked in the private sector for too long, I now both take classes and work at the same college :) ...Dave if possible, see about getting a job at your school (doing 'anything'), pay is usually decent and the jobs are gravy & biscuits :D And of course, best wishes on a great semester at school!

Ryan,
I find that a light coating of Tru-oil to your hands before class does wonders to that, "my hands dont smell like kuks" feeling. Also, if possible, use wooden pincels. Just so that you can sharpen them with whatever implement you have on hand (hopefully that Bura folder will be a good one). Last of all, take pictures of your "babies" to show to all your buddies that sit around you.

Mr. Paxton, I already have a Job fixing multimedia projectors and overheads for my school. That is why I am online all day, I always have a computer at arms reach. (another reason why school is tolerable, I can surf blade forums at just about any time of day):D

may not pass the SBC purity test at Bear High. And I'm pretty sure that khukuris other than kothimodas don't pass the dress code;)
Berk (Baylor Law School '75, and a miserable quarter at Bear High back in '67).

Dave get your education and then get to work!!! I love worken' because the more I work the more khuks I can buy!!!:D

HEE,HA,LMAO! BURKE "PURE"!OH GIMME A BREAK!!:p He is about as pure as JP! Sam,refine your thoughts,I "liberate" UBDOTD'S! This will prob. come as a shock BUT look around, there is something new to pursue"coeds"!Sam ,you need help!:D Do well in scool, one day you, believe it or not, will miss it! Do well in scool & you can become a RICH lawyer like Burke,or a Rich jet setter like JP!
