In keeping with the recent "my first" threads, here is my first doctor. (OK, it may technically be my second but it is the only only one I currently have)
It appeared out of the blue in my mailbox one day. Sent as a surprise gift from one of the folksy regulars that hangs out hereabouts.

Just what the doctor ordered. Nice one, Rob.

Nice knife, Rob. Use it in good health (pun intended)

I know Gus collects doctor's knives. I've always liked the ones with spatula blades even though they're not that practical for those of us who aren't doctors. Maybe spread peanut butter with it?

Is there a doctor in the house??

Nice one Rob. That's a cute little caviar spreader it comes with also. ;)

Ooh, that's a beauty! Know how old she is? Is she a Queen-made(,) Rob(b)ie?

I added the comma and the "b" you left out of your post. Most folks call me Rob but you can call me Robbie if you want.:D
The knife is dated 1999 on the tang so I guess it is a Queen made reproduction of a Robeson, right?

Dr. Thomason, BFC

Very nice knife.
Be careful, that pattern can become addicting. The third from the right is a knife similar to your own.

My wife gave me my first Doctor's knife (Case antique burnt bone) for my birthday last month. I really like it after giving it some pocket time last week. Certainy some nice knives pictured on this thread. Can I stop at just one.....

I need to get a mailbox like yours, Robbie!!

Oh, come on. ;) I'm no grammar slacker. :D
But hey, if you prefer "Robbie," I'll be happy to accommodate you. :p

A pearl S&M Doc was my gift to myself for getting into medical school. A semester in, and it rides along on all my patient interview days. :D
