I love my Becker knives and never thought I would own an ESEE, but I recently won a Candiru and was seriously impressed with the little thing. Being a fan of neon green, I took the plunge and bought a venom green Izula. I did some modifications as you can see :D. I don't think I'll be a convert (still prefer the large Beckers over the large ESEE's), but these two are now in my rotation. I didn't know how badly I wanted (needed) a neon green knife until I looked into the Izula. I just wish the Candiru came in venom green

Hell ya! I just got a candiru and literally 2 days later am trading a zt for an izula. It's also coming with an azwelke sheath which I will be buying the hybrid belt loop for. How do you like yours?

Sounds like you found someone to trade that zt with. Congrats Brandon. I knew you would find someone.

Thanks man yeah I'm stoked. Esee is the bees knees. Op: I like that neon green color scheme! Don't think I'd be brave enough to rock it for edc though haha

The Izula is awesome, and so is the Azwelke sheath. Great fit and finish, and the lip for pushing out the knife with your thumb is really handy. I really like the TKC scales over the factory micarta too--it was worth selling off a bit of my collection for this one. I went with neon green as it will primarily be a wilderness knife for me--easy to find if I drop it and not very intimidating to other hikers. For more urban carry I would probably go with a black sheath, but I've really been liking bright green lately.
