Been caught up with work lately, but managed to work on some folders, and am enjoying the challenge. Quite different from fixed blades. Heres the first couple of slipjoints I made. They are prototypes for my own testing and development...

The first one is a relatively traditional pattern with an O1 blade and sheepshorn. The pivot was hand shaped, turned in a drill press and tapped, as I had no other ideas and I didn't want to use peined pins.

The second one is a more "modern" looking EDC type slipjoint with silver G10 and a deep-carry pocket clip.

Feedback and comments always appreciated. Thanks for looking. Jason.

Love that top one -- very elegent and "dressy," but it also looks like it could handle some big work. I think that would be great as a liner-lock too. :)

Jeez! Top one has great lines, very classy, and I like the overall design. I can't really tell what's going on with the pivot hardware, and it seems little out of place, but the knife is awesome!

The second one is great. Cool blade and a really comfy-looking handle. I think it would make a nice liner lock, too, but those poor folks in England and the rest of Europe could use some non-locking options, too!

Both great! Wow!
