I got this knife for fathers day and I have to say, I love it. It is a GEC #62 easy pocket congress. This is #22 of 25. The fit and finish is excellent. The blades are extremely smooth and they came razor sharp. I absolutely love the spring green jigged bone, the color looks even better in person than it did online. This will definitely be the first GEC in more to come for me. Now I just have to decide which one will be next. Just wanted to share the new addition with all of you!

Hi edge!

Nice choice. The lightgreen handles look great with that Wharnie blade. I also thought about buying the very same knife. But I personally tend more to a #33.

I´m sure, it will not be your last one. They became more and more.... ;)

KInd regards

Congrats, my wife bought me the #62 courthouse whittler in spring green #10 of 25 for fathers day, but gave it to me last Friday, so I've been carrying it or a solid week now and love it, the spring green is awesome in person. It's my second GEC don't think it will be my last. It's the first wharncliffe blade I've owned and I really like using it a lot. Enjoy the weekend and have fun using your new jewel, I found it to be very pocket friendly.

Yeah, way to go... you bought my knife right out from in front of my eyes! Great choice & great knife, ENJOY! :D

Thanks guys. As much as I love this knife, its nothing compared to the gift I got Saturday night. My twin girls decided to come a couple days early, just in time for fathers day! No knife compares to that.

What a Father's Day!

Congratulations!

Long after your girls are grown (and look a lit-tle different than they did on your first Father's Day), you will still have the knife as a physical remembrance of that very special time in all of your lives.

I've been a first time father for six months, daughter was born on 11/30/11 and it's been the best thing, besides my wife. It is awesome watching your child grow and discover things, and it's cool the inborn traits, the things they do that you or your wife do. Congrats on being a father it's a great ride.

Wow super knife edge. I`ve been looking at the same model recently. Really like that small pen blade with the wharn master blade.

That was my exact thinking. I wanted something that would last and serve as a momento to that day. I wanted something special and I'm positive I found it!
