I got this beauty in a trade.WOW what a knife. Here's the history of the knife as It was presented to me.
A brief history of the Nessie, Scott ground it out of O-1, it's 1/4" thick with a 4" blade. Peter r from the forums made the handle out of maple over mahogany and made the sheath for it.
I love tough knives.I HATE breaking knives in the field.I couldn't break this knife with a howitzer.Superb feeling and superb working.
Enough of me jaw flappin.pics time.:D

Congrats on a sweet knife! Scott makes kick ass knives. I have his Big Boar Tusker and there is nothing this bad boy can not handle.Scott is also a real class act and great to do business with! he stands behind his work 100 %.

Glad you are getting use out of it. Peter R did a nice job on putting the handle on it, but it was to large for my hands so I put the dremel to it to thin it out and bring out the two woods. That is a nice thick chunk of steel that will last many lifetimes. ENJOY

i put my heart into thet handle. i hope you put your heart into your cutting.
