Today I stopped by my Dick's Spoting Goods store to look at the Kershaw Needs Work. When I got there I found out they were out.
I did, however, spot the Leek and asked to try it. It was smooth, sharp, and a good fit in my hand( I wish the handle was a little beefier, but what can I say). I liked it so much, I bought it. The guy behind the counter said the one in the counter I was trying was the last one left, so I got it at a 10% discount. I don't mind. It was in good condition.
So when I got home I tried cutting wood, string, plastic, paper, and whatever you could think of. And I have yet to find anything it can't cut well. Plus you feel better knowing it's America. Mine was made in October of 08.
Kershaw has proven their worth.
