My First Khukuri

I just received it about 30 minutes ago and my first impression is WOW! I ordered a 20" Chiruwa Sirupatis from Uncle Bill and this Khukuri is massive! I never owned one before and I am very impressed to say the least. I've seen others at knife shows, but none this beutiful. I can't wait to give it a workout. I almost hate to use it. Uncle Bill you did not disappoint. I can just here my wife now, "You bought how many ?"
 
Darryl, now you know why HIKV is so contagious!

I'm convinced that if anything is really worth doing, it's worth doing to excess -- moderation is for those who lack the courage of obsession! And that's especially true when it comes to buying khuks! And, furthermore, I would venture to guess that the vast majority of HIKV sufferers also feel the same way, in that they have far more khuks than they really need.

A very good choice Darryl! Make sure you stretch out your hand, wrist, and arm before you go full blast with your new toy. Gradually build up certain muscles in these parts , so injuries would be held to a minimum.
 
Mohd, you can't get as many wives as you want? To me one is enough.
