My first knife from a file...

well i didn't take any pics while i was working but i took pics before and after i stained the wood... I think it came out good for messing up while using my angle grinder (only thing i had to grind out the metal). the blade was supposed to be wider aka a bushcraft knife. now i think this will be a screw around/ possibly a trout gutting knife ( i can taste the brookies now!) anyway thanks for looking........

P.S.
Give me any tips/ tricks that you guys know of other than get a belt grinder and keep making knives... i got the second part down:D.

A chainsaw file is a great and cheap way to cut a choil in. Otherwise doesn't look half bad, 1x30 belt sanders are a fairly cheap way to grind away some steel and offer more control than an angle grinder.
