My first knife!

I finally got around to making my first knife, I've made others, but this is the only one where I started with barstock and ended with a knife. This one is cheap no name steel, but I'm working on another now out out 1095.

What do you think? What changes would you make?
 
Id cut something with it. looks like where your thumb rest could come straight off the handle. Not sure without handling it but seems like your wrist will torque forward and be at a weird angle trying to cut something ;ike a decent piece of rope etc. 1095 makes a real nice blade and you could end up with a really nice knife! Keep up the good work and feel free to ask questions. So much experience in knife making in these forums.
