Good Day All

I just recieved my CAK from HI and I must say this is one tough knife, the first thing I did upon recieving her was to chop up a pallet a little then I stuck her between the board's on the pallet and pryed them off, I got a little carried away and hit a nail but all is well, the damage was very minimal and easily repairable, all in all a very durable knife.
I believe this one was forged by Santosh.
I would like to say to Santosh you make a very tough knife, great job.
Also I would like to say to the maker of the scabbard, very very nice.
I would like to say to all the forumites here that you have been a wealth of information, great place for info and reviews.

Take care all

Welcome, I'm glad your'e happy with your first Khuk. Is it the 16.5" ? As the saying goes, I know it won't be your last. :-)

Welcome aboard!:D

The 16" CAK is about as tough as you can get. I had one for some time and sold it...stupid, stupid, stupid:mad:
Stick around, pull up a chair, and hang out for awhile:thumbup::)

You know, its funny how many people take a new khuk, especially the CAK, bust up a pallet of wood and hit a nail.

Talk about a rite of passage...

Congratulations, Tatsudoshi.
