I made this sheath for my Enzo Trapper D2 in 2 days at our cottage. Here's a pic of the tools I used:

My press is probably the simplest ever.

I tried to do a foldover sheath many times, but I kept getting this empty spot above the spine, so I sawed the kydex in half, attached the 4 large rivets, heated and formed it and put in the pop rivets. I hate those things, they keep flattening on me and I broke 6 of them trying to hammer them through a snug hole. The one closest to the guard kept popping out whenever I put the knife in, so I just put another piece of scrap kydex in between the two halves and under that one rivet. As you can see, I like my dangles. I could have done way better, but it's still a lot better than what I expected it to become.

I made the handle for the knife myself, too.

Apparently, I could have done the retention better, too. I was just testing the retention and wouldn't ya know it, it dropped out of the sheath and I accidentally sliced my palm open. I'm a big boy now :D

Dont give up it will only get better...my fist press was a phone book.
If i can suggest something try to use a door hinge on your press it may give your more uniform pressure(?)
BTW we have something in common....our workbenches look like a hurricane just passed through

Looks better than my first try! Dont get me wrong i am still kinda new to this but i might have a helpful tip for you! cut and form the kydex extra large the first round of heating because it is easier to get the retention right. retention is the hardest part to get right. Get some chicago screws too. Keep up the good work!
