My first Kydex sheath

Here's my first attempt at a Kydex sheath it's not perfect but I see some things I need to do on the next one I make.

Not bad. I got the kydex eyelets from a knife maker's website but I buggered up a bunch with the punch kit. If I was gonna make them to sell I'd invest in a press.

Nice first effort. I've been thinking about giving kydex a shot sometime soon. I'm sure it's kinda tricky if your using a heat gun I've done plexi-glass work with them before. I melt everything....

Actually I didn't use a heat gun. I used a skillet on the stove top. It worked great. I just need some denser foam
