I bought some kydex and rivets, and made a press. This is my first completed sheath. This is a small utility knife that I bought from maker Austin Goldman. I intended to keep it in my garage for utility use but I needed something to protect it while in my toolbox. I never intend to use this sheath for belt carry. I had to carve on the top of the sheath so the knife handle would go into it easily. That seems to be the tricky part about kydex sheaths. The next challenge are some sheaths for Spyderco Mules. I have one molded but haven't gotten the courage to start carving on the top so the knife will go in easily. I'm trying to decide if I need to heat the top a little bit and re-mold it.
