My first leatherworking attempt.

It looks good, but if you grooved the leather where the stitches are it would help you to keep the stitching straight.
Good first attempt though, well done.
 
Agreed, I need to buy some leather tools for the next one. I got some scrap leather for free from a friend, and improvised the tools (drill press for the holes, back of a spoon for the shaper, exc.). Thank you for the input.
