This may very well be a proto since mine is numbered (017) under the Talonite logo. Tom would certainly have the answer. Paging Mr. Mayo to the white courtesy telephone.

not a prototype......I just tripped out a little on the blade grind thats all.....dont really like to make the same knife over and over and over and over and over and over and over.......well, you get the point!

All the prototypes were marked prototype.. and after those I numbered the first 25.. after that they have my logo on one side and Talonite on the other.....except for a few that I put 6BH on once in a while....

SAS,

Your first post is of a TNT! Congratulations! I've got a bunch of posts, but my TNT is still in the mail!!!

Both are great looking knives!

C4, actually a number of firsts for me--that knife was my first custom, and my first TNT (two more in the pipeline). Of course it was one of Tom's first TNTs as well. It would be only fair to show the front as well...

JB, I'm still learning the EdgePro, but have some concern about using it on the TNT, as it is a Hossum EdgePro (thanks for autographing it, Jerry). Don't know what will happen if the two get too close, might be similar to too much fissionable material in one place...

Steve

PS, as far as number of holes, Mayo is on a hot streak (not to mention his drill bits). This is an in-process pic of my current "mega" TNT (10.75" OAL, .188 blade, .166 handles).
