Looks to be a great knife for 15 bucks shipped. The pic below isn't mine btw, but it's the exact same thing.

I think that knob is going to go though. Does anyone see a reason to carry two Moras piggyback? Maybe one for food prep (stainless) and one for bushcraft (HC steel)?

For those that don't know, the new Mora sheaths can click on to each other by that little thingie on the front. For the goof, I'd like to see a dealer that has plenty of these connect a bunch of Moras to the floor from his waist.

If you need to do any slicing, pair it with a model with thinner stock. Or with one of the specialized models from the Craftline series like the chisel knife.

I've got around 25 of the Robusts right now so maybe I'll have to make a baldric our of them or something equally ridiculous. :D

I made good on my threat. Here's a stupidly long chain of 'em strung together. I just couldn't resist. :D

Haha!

Brilliant, thats great. I really think you should do a baldric with them.

Also, on topic, you can keep the button, and put all sorts of other things on there. You could mod other smaller knives sheaths to work with the button, you could make modular "packages" of stuff to strap to your knife depending on where you're going (fire kit, med kit, "survival" kit, etc).

Also some folks have used the button for a retention strap. I forget who did it but they had a pretty clever little system rigged up.
