The other day I ordered a neck knife from the exchange. It came in the mail today so I thought I'd share.
The edge is ground thin, and the tip is nice and pointy. The jimping is nicely done, but not too agressive. The knife fits snug and crisp in the kydex.

Maker: Rick Nowland
Style: Fixed Blade Wharncliffe
Steel: ATS-34 @60RC
Thickness: 3/16"
Length: 6 3/4"
Sheath: Kydex

You scored a very nice neck knife being that's your first:thumbup:

I love small to medium sized fixed blades and that is one I'd love to own;)

That's a very nice little one. Looks like a fine companion knife to the benchmade.

I'm also a fan of small knives and wharncliffe blades.

I recently got this in trade and really like it. I wear it when exercising outdoors. It's light and low profile but still large enough to use. Has a great kydex sheath that's not shown.

Carrying fixed blades has begun to grow on me as well. My first neck knife was a Buck Hartsook which was ideal for weight and size but the novelty of it wore off quickly. I have largely given up on wearing them around my neck though I still carry small blades like that in my pocket - one necklace is enough and I found drawing from under my shirt a bother.

Let us know how you like neck carry.
