My first official post - Health update!

Hi All! I finally got my account set up.

I had my cancer surgery on 8/31 and came home on Labor Day. :thumbup:
The doc said that he got all of the tumor and didn't need to do a complete hysterectomy! :cool: No intrusive cancer,so no additional treatment necessary. I just have to get staples out on 9/13. I have to have a blood thinner shot in my tummy every day for 3 weeks. Chuck (G19G26) has the honors of doing that!

That's great news, its always better to be back in the world rather than looking out at it through the hospital window.

I remember, decades ago, when Mrs. OP had to have injections of thinner. I know precisely what Chuck is going through!
