I found this Challenge knife in an antique store, last month, while in Missouri.

It has "American Electric Company Inc." etched on the blade. Barely readable. The springs are still very strong as it has great walk and talk. I know very little about the Challenge Cutlery Corporation but I couldn't pass on this as it was only twenty dollars. This is the first old knife I have ever bought. All my other knives have been purchased new though I prefer the traditional styles.

HEY!

I gotta tell ya, that is one sweet looking old knife. I would say you made a heck of a buy on it. Looks to be in darn nice condition. Welcome to the world of vintage knife collecting. WARNING it can be incurable too. Keep posting those photos.

;)
