Hi everyone. :)

I followed Horsewright's how to guide and I have made my first pancake sheath!

I was planning to stamp some basket weaves but my supplier forgot to put them in my supply pack so its going to be a plain one for now.

Also I'm part of the club now boys! I was trying to pull the knife out but the retention was so strong that it jumped out of the sheaths and I cut myself! ;( I need to wait until the leather breaks in.

I can't afford it yet but I should also invest in a 2 inch bag cutter.

I just want to say a word of thanks to Dave who has helped me so much through this whole process. Thank you Dave! :)

Very nicely done……both the sheath and the cut! The second insertion and extraction will be much easier.

I agree with all of the folks above. You did a great job on that sheath. Very clean stitchin. I have also wet formed sheaths that were very tight in the beginning, but it will loosen up a bit after you draw it out a few times.

Kaizo that looks great, a real nice job! Pretty good cut too it looks like. Dang it hate when that happens. Very nice work. Yeah those bag punches aren't cheap but they sure do make life a litle easier. Can you get the Weaver ones there?

Thanks very much! :)

Thanks very much! :) I've checked but I think I can only get the weaver ones from America... I definitely would like to get those 2 inch punches. Right now the holes looks unfinished and I would like to improve on that. I think I would make another plain one for practice using a stallion leather before moving on to stamping them. My supplier gave me a few pieces for free for Christmas so I'm really excited! :D

Thank you very much for your help. I could not have done this without your help :)
