I need to do this more often. I've been struggling with sheaths for years when all the time I could have had Paul make them. He does it so well.

BTW I made the stainless tip and Neil McKee did the engraving.

WOW...that is as good as it gets. If you have a pic of the knife out of the sheath, i'd like to see it.

Thanks,
Peter

Outstanding Paul.
Have you done many steel enhanced sheaths?
Don't know that I have seen any.

Beautiful knife as well Bruce.

That knife and sheath go together perfectly. Both are exceptional.

In the next couple of months I'm going to be getting my first sheath from Paul. I can hardly wait to see what he comes up with.

Dang, Bruce, that is absolutely stunning. The knife is quite stupendous and the adorned sheath just makes an incredible package. You have out done yourself. Style of blade and shape to it plus the damascus pattern added to the beauty of a handle plus perfect engraving makes one outstanding package. Cograts for sure.

Kevin, Bruce did the metal tip. I cut the border angle in on the sheath tip and sent Bruce a pattern of the curve and he did the rest. This one was a little bit unusual for me because the sheath was finished well before the knife and tip. Bruce provided me with a dead accurate wood model of the knife to design and fit the sheath.

This is the first time I've seen all the componets finished and together.
Beautiful work, Bruce.

Yea, Paul wanted to keep the wooden knife and auction it off. :D
