I don't usually leave comments regarding knives I buy. I believe I've only done this with my Busse and my Sebenza.
I own an Ontario Rat 3, and I must say I was so pleased with that knife (I've had it for quite some time, and that knife has never failed me) that I decided to purchase the RC 4. I didn't expect too much more than what I expected from my Rat 3: a good, well built, user knife.
I must, say, however, that the RC 4 has taken me by surprise! I haven't used it yet, but I'm extremely surprised and elated by just how well it suits me. The balance, the feel, combined with the performance I expect from it (I saw the knifetests.com destruction test) has left me very elated. RAT Cutlery makes a truly great product at a surprisingly low price. Great job on the RC 4. But you guys knew that already.
